This paper assesses motivational strategies rooted in neuroscience for their implementation in Nicaraguan technical education. It elucidates how neural structures comprehension, and the role of emotions affect students’ emotional wellbeing. Neuroscientific principles with prospect to metamorphose educational experiences, increasing students’ motivation and compromise were found through a literature and bibliographic review. Existing prospects are underlined for positive and relevant learning improvement through customization and educational innovation, along with a teacher capacitation and training process about the value of neuroscience for education as core principle in creating learning spaces for students to enhance their knowledge, skills and abilities to answer XXI century challenges.
