Abstract

The National Technological Institute with the aim of transcending and fulfilling with quality, efficiency the mandate to educate and train technically and technologically students or protagonists who year after year join a technology center, has considered implementing strategic axes that lead to raising the quality of learning, including teacher training, equipment and curriculum. The institution has evolved in a transformation that is not only limited to the search for quality, but to changes that disrupt thoughts, behaviors, conceptions, so from 1991 to date, teachers and instructors of technical education and professional training They have been acquiring new knowledge, as well as new knowledge to implement pedagogical competences through training that correspond to the social, political, technical and technological changes that are experienced day by day worldwide. In this context of technological changes and evolutions, it has been essential to implement training processes and pedagogical, technical, technological updating aimed at teachers / instructors with different academic profiles, based on the Training Model of Technical Education and Professional Training, as well as, to the political, economic, social and cultural guidelines whose fundamental axis is the person, their dignity and the restitution of their rights.
